Helping Moms Go from Overwhelmed to Owning It

Parenting is hard—I totally get it. You don’t need more on your plate; you need the kind of support that helps you feel calmer, more confident, and more connected with your child. If you’re feeling stretched thin by meltdowns, refusals, tricky routines, or communication struggles, you’re in the right place. I offer parent coaching for moms of neurodivergent kids, helping you move from stressed and overwhelmed to confident, and connected.

Coaching That Supports You and Your Child

Parenting a neurodivergent child doesn’t come with a manual—but you can get guidance that meets both your child’s needs and your own.

I offer neuro-affirming, evidence-based parent coaching tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs—so you can confidently support their growth and reduce your daily stress. It’s all about working smarter, not harder. Discovering your strengths and skills—and putting them to work for you—in a way that matches your child’s needs.

Nope. Whether your child has a diagnosis, is waiting on one, or you’re just starting to notice some challenges you’re welcome here. You don’t need a formal label to benefit from parent coaching. We start with what’s happening right now and build from there.

“Nope—I’m not a therapist or doctor. I’m a parent coach. That means I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. I work with you as a parent who’s been where you are—offering real-life tools, insight, and support. This is coaching rooted in behavioral science, practical strategies, and a deep, compassionate understanding of neurodivergence. You’ll leave with everyday tools you can actually use—starting now.”

Not at all. While I primarily serve moms, I’m here for any caregiver who’s committed to learning and supporting their neurodivergent child.
