Hello!

I'm Alina

I’m a parenting coach, behavior specialist, and neurospicy mom who raised two beautifully neurodivergent kids. I’m also someone who deeply understands what it’s like to feel lost in the middle of the crisis and chaos, because I’ve been through it myself.

For years, I didn’t know how to describe my own neurodivergence. I just knew I was wired a little differently, sensitive to the world, overwhelmed by everyday stress, and fiercely devoted to my kids. When my son began missing milestones, everything changed. What started as a few questions quickly became a deep dive into developmental delays, sensory processing, ADHD, and autism.

My Journey Became My Purpose

My experience navigating systems for my kids (and later for myself) pulled me into a completely different field.

I changed my major from architecture to a degree in Psychology and Business Management, then went on to work in behavioral health, social services, and vocational support for neurodivergent individuals and families. Over the last two decades, I’ve worn many hats in the disability world: mom and advocate, program coordinator, mental health employment specialist, parent trainer, and coach.

Why I Coach

As I worked with families, I noticed a pattern, the parents were exhausted, unsupported, fighting to get services, and constantly running on empty. Therapies were focused on the child, but no one was helping the parents understand what was really going on or how to bring peace back to their homes. I wanted to change that, and I was on a mission to do so.

I started coaching to give neurodivergent families like ours the kind of real-life support I wish I had. Coaching that’s collaborative,  compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practical strategies.

I work with parents who are doing their best with what they know, and I help them feel more in control, less stressed, and better equipped to support their kids without feeling powerless.
